My Story:

This Adidas Brazuca Final Rio 2014 Brazil FIFA World Cup Final match ball marks yet another breakthrough in the never ending rocket science like (well not almost really) application of newer and better technology to each upcoming tournaments’ match ball. Yet another World Cup, yet another panel design fused by its trademark thermal bonding wizardry since 2006. The word “Brazuca” really means a Brazilian way of life and what better than to christen a ball used by the best teams in the world, in the best footballing country of the world. The “Final Rio” simply relates to the city of Rio de Janeiro where the finals will be held at the world famous Estadio do Maracana. According to Soccer Bible: The design of Adidas Brazuca Final Rio is inspired by the green and gold of the famous World Cup trophy and is a variation of the standard Brazuca ball that will be used throughout the tournament up until the very last game.
