My Story:

The third PowerOrange version of the match ball used in 2011/2012 UEFA Europa League season that seems like it was based on the Tango 12 technology, which looks like the Jabulani technology but better. However if you look closer, it has the Grip ‘N’ Groove feel that is similar to the Adidas Finale 2012 UEFA Champions League and Adidas Finale Munich 2012 UEFA Champions League match balls.  This is probably evident by the different FIFA Approved code which is 202.A1B instead of the 202.A1D/202.A1E associated with the Tango 12 range.

So far the Europa League match balls have been embracing the latest technology that Adidas has come up with, and the PowerOranges are readily in tow too.

The Official Story:

I have not seen one for this and most PowerOranges, so the best you can get is the one for the traditional ‘white’ or summer versions.

Technical Story:

Made in Pakistan.
