My Story:

The second ball is the range of Adidas Finales set to rule Europe.  The Adidas Finale 2 or Black Stars ball has this shiny black classy look and the feel of a top grade ball, and is actually an improvement from the Finale 1 given that it has a different FIFA Approved code.  The Finale 1 had 202.P7R while the Finale 2 had 202.S8D.  It looks like Adidas was already adding new technology into this ball but given that the Finale 1 was based on the Terrestra Silverstream technology that debuted in 2000.  And lo and behold this new technology was actually based on the Fervernova technology of the 2002 FIFA World Cup held in Korean Japan since it bore the same FIFA Approved code.

The Official Story:

Each year the best clubs in Europe feature the best players in the world hoping to win the coveted UEFA Champions League, a contest known to inpire the most exciting and unforgettable football play ever witnessed.

This ball features syntactic foam, a special layer of highly compressible, gas-filled micro-balloons of equal size, that returns energy in equal measures in all places.  This gives the ball greater rebound characteristics, which means it’s faster with a more accurate and predictable ball flight.  The millions of individual cells of air bedded in a polyurethane matrix also make it a much more durable ball.

    Hi there,

Would you be at all interested in selling the ball? I recently missed out on purchasing one for £45 after my own burst and would be willing to pay more than that

    Kind regards

Hi Chris, £45 is a real bargain as some are going for as high as 300 Euros. I bought mine at a time where people were not really selling so it came in really expensively. I won’t offer it to you as the price to get my money back is just way to expensive. Hope you understand.
