My Story:

The Finale Madrid captures 10 years of Adidas sponsorship using the Adidas Finale range of balls, with the artwork of each year’s logo of the finals from 2001 to 2009, and the current 2010 one.  There is a Madrid touch of art to the design of the ball as the finals was held in Madrid, capital of Spain.  This design now incorporates the 10 star-panel thermally bonded design that is the technology used solely by the Finales, an inspiring fusion or art and science indeed.  The 2010 UEFA Champions League final was the final match of the 2009/2010 UEFA Champions League season contested between Bayern Munich of Germany and Inter Milan of Italy at the Santiago Bernabeu in Madrid, which was won 0-2 by Inter Milan in normal regulation time.
